Let us walk you through our five-step process to give you a better idea of what comes next:
Step 1.
CHECK OUT OUR SUPERVISORS: Our Online Directory
Peruse our Directory of Supervisors that have been thoroughly vetted and approved by our well trained team. You can search with different filters to find one (or more) that meet the requirements to supervise in your licensure state(s). When you land on a profile and are interested in just let us know with a quick click of a button!
Step 2.
TELL US ABOUT YOU: Fill Out Our Form
You will be asked to complete a quick form to create a Motivo account log-in so we can contact you going forward.
PLEASE NOTE: Each state’s requirements for clinical supervision hours vary and may change periodically and Motivo is not responsible for tracking each state’s requirements for clinical supervision hours, or advising you regarding the same, nor is Motivo responsible for verifying the eligibility of any Clinical Supervisor to serve in such capacity. Each state's licensure board serves as the ultimate authority for answering questions related to licensure requirements, supervisor eligibility and the use of technology for clinical supervision.

 

Step 3.
LET US DO THE WORK: Research & Scheduling
Sit back and relax; the next part is on us! We will touch base with you personally to find out more about your specific supervision needs and availability while we also coordinate and schedule your selected supervisor(s) for an Intro Call.

 

Step 4.
GET TO KNOW EACH OTHER: The Intro Call
When you request an introduction with a supervisor, we will coordinate a free 20-minute video consultation call between the you, the supervisor, and a Motivo Onboarding Specialist. This allows you both to get to know one another and ask questions before moving forward. We want to be sure it's the right fit on both sides!
Step 5.
START SUPERVISION: Let's Move Forward!
After the Intro Call, we'll check in with you and the supervisor to determine if you'd both like to move forward. If it's a match, then you will be asked to enter your payment information and you'll be able to begin scheduling sessions immediately! Pay-as-you-go, or sign up for any of our subscription plans - we bill 24-48 hours after each session. We make it easy to track how many supervision hours you’ve completed and get on your way to completing your licensure requirements.
While I have you, I also wanted to let you know about our referral program. We offer a $50 referral bonus for any supervisee you introduce to Motivo. To get that supervisee started and rake in the extra dough, all you have to do is email me!
