Joining a Session

Login to Motivo to join your session at the scheduled time.

WHAT IS IT


Joining a session is for the Supervisee to connect with their supervisor via Motivo’s provided video chat. 

Now that you have matched with your supervisor, the two of you will decide together on a date and time of your first session. 

Once you both have agreed, your supervisor will log in to Motivo and schedule the session. 

After the session is scheduled, you will receive an email letting you know that the session has been scheduled confirming the date, time and duration of the session.

HOW TO JOIN

Log in to Motivo

Supervisee’s will log in to their Motivo Dashboard by clicking here. The login will require a username and password to access the dashboard.

Once logged in, your next session will show in the grey box to the left. 

From there, you have the option to ‘Join Session’ by clicking on the orange button. This will open Zoom and launch your video session. The button to join will become active one hour prior to your session.

Note: Motivo uses a HIPAA compliant video technology provided by Zoom.

Note: If you will try this a few minutes before that way you have plenty of time to ensure you have zoom all set up on your computer/ phone.  

USING YOUR SMARTPHONE

If using your phone, make sure you download the zoom app prior to the start time of your session.
