Reporting Attendance

WHAT IS IT

Marking attendance is recording which supervisees attended the session after the session. This is a crucial step in our billing process. Marking attendance is required so that our billing department can issue payment for that session.

HOW TO ACCESS:

Log in to your Motivo dashboard > Under ‘Next Steps’ will be your past sessions.

Session Attendance Options

The Options are;

  • Attended Entire Session

When marking that a supervisee has attended the entire session, you are noting that they were there for the entirety of the time you booked the session for. For example, if you booked a three-hour session and you mark 'attended entire session' you are submitting that you and your supervisee were there for all three hours. Your supervisee will then be charged for the full three hours, and you will be paid for the full three hours. 

  • Partial Attendance

When marking partial attendance you will be able to enter the supervisee's attendance in 15-minute increments. Once you select 'partial attendance' you will be prompted to use the drop-down to select the amount of time they attended. When marking partial attendance you will be charging the supervisee only for the time they attended, which is the partial time you marked. You will be paid only for that partial time as well.

  • Reschedule With Notice

We ask all of our supervisees to adhere to the 48-hour cancellation policy that is detailed in the supervisee FAQ. However, life does happen, so this selection is yours to use your best judgment on. When this option is selected you are agreeing to take a lower rate for a dyad/group session and a zero rate for an individual session. The supervisee that you mark as "Rescheduled with Notice" will not be charged for the session.

  • No Show

We ask all of our supervisees to adhere to the 48-hour cancellation policy that is detailed in the supervisee FAQ. However, life does happen, so this selection is yours to use your best judgment on. This selection is intended for the supervisee who did not have an understandable reason, gave no reason for the late cancellation/no show, or that the late cancellation/no show has re-occurred more than one time. If you select that your supervisee was a no-show, then they will be billed for the whole session and you will be paid for the whole session.

NOTE: If you do not see a perfect option for your situation, please pick the best option to reflect how you would like your supervisee charged, and you paid. 

 

Once attendance has been marked, click ‘Submit Session Attendance’.
