WHAT IS IT
If you have forgotten your password or never set one up, you’ll need to go through the steps of resetting it.
HOW TO ACCESS
Navigate to Motivo’s main website (click here) > Click on ‘LogIn’ on the top right.

RESET YOUR PASSWORD
To complete the steps of resetting your password, click ‘Forgot Password?’
Enter the email address that we have been corresponding with you on.
(TIP: You might have several email addresses, however, we will associate your account with the same email address that we have sent you prior emails to. You can search your inbox for @wearemotivo.com to determine which email address we have on file for you)
After entering your email address you will receive this message.

CHECKING YOUR EMAIL
You will now want to go check your email for the link to reset.
Please check for Subject Line: Reset your password
This email will come from support@wearemotivo.com
SETTING YOUR NEW PASSWORD
From the email you will click ‘Reset Password’
This will open a new window where you will set up your password
Make sure you are meeting the password security criteria.
When done, click the red button at the bottom
Your password reset is now successful and you’re taken to your dashboard home page.
