For any number of reasons, a user has clicked the unsubscribe link in an email and opted to no longer receive email communication from an organization. Now that user would like to reverse this and begin receiving emails again.
Two options for contacts to resubscribe
1. Resubscribe through a blog post
Click here to see our blog, click on any post, and scroll all the way to the bottom.
Enter your email address. Once you've entered the email address that is opted out, a message In blue letters will show below the email field. Click on those words to opt back in.
You will then receive an email where you will confirm your opt back in. Click on 'update your subscription preferences to opt back in.
2. Resubscribe through managing your email preferences
When you receive an email from Motivo, at the bottom of that email is the option to "Unsubscribe" or "Manage Preference". If you search your inbox you might be able to pull up an old Motivo email.
Scroll to the bottom of the email and click "Manage Preference".
You can manage all of your email preferences in there.
