There are two options for contacts to re-subscribe;
OPTION 1. Re-subscribe through a blog post
Step 1: Click here to see our blog, click on any post, and scroll all the way to the bottom.
Step 2: Enter your email address. Once you've entered the email address that is opted out, a message In blue letters will show below the email field. Click on those words to opt back in.
Step 3: You will then receive an email where you will confirm that you are opting back in. Click on "update your subscription preferences" to opt back in.
OPTION 2. Re-subscribe through managing your email preferences
Step 1: When you receive an email from Motivo, at the bottom of that email is the option to "Unsubscribe" or "Manage Preference". If you search your inbox you might be able to pull up an old Motivo email. (tip: you can search @wearemotivo.com)
Step 2: Scroll to the bottom of the email and click "Manage Preference".
Step 3: You can manage all of your email preferences in there.
