WHAT ARE SESSION NOTES? Session Notes are where you can easily track the details of your supervision session, including the topics discussed, supervisee progress, resources shared and items to follow up on during the next session.
HOW TO ACCESS:
Navigate to your dashboard, under 'Next Steps' > Click on the past session
STEP ONE - Report Attendance
Navigate to > Session Attendance > Next to each Supervisee report their attendance by using the drop-down “Report Attendance”.
STEP TWO - Optional Session Notes
Under Session Attendance, you have the option to add session notes, or not.
To enable session notes, check the box.
Use the fields to type in the notes about your session. These notes can contain details of your supervision session, including the topics discussed, supervisee progress, resources shared and items to follow up on during the next session.
NOTE: Session notes are viewable by you (the supervisor) and your supervisees.
- Please do not use any PHI or client identifying information in your session notes.
STEP THREE - Signing off on Session Notes
Submit your signature and notes by clicking "Confirm".
STEP FOUR - Submit
Sign and submit the session.
This saves the session attendance, the session note, and the signature.

VIEWING SESSION NOTES
Supervision session notes will be securely stored under the Sessions tab of your dashboard.
HOW TO ACCESS:
Navigate to your dashboard, click 'Sessions' at the top.
Then click 'Details' next to the session you want to see.
